Victorian Brides Basket Glass Antique

Victorian Glass Bride´s Basket Bowl 7 15/16 I have for sale a gorgeous bride basket in purple with clear edges and a star like rippled shape.. It is somewhat translucent, even through the purple parts. It measures 7 15/16 across the top. It has no breaks, cracks, chips, or repairs, though I did find a couple faint scratches on the underside. There many minute bubble inclusions that one can see up close. The pale, lovely underside is slightly iridescent, like a pearl. I shone a very bright UV light on it and I think I could see some yellowy-green fluorescence at the clear edges, but I am not 100% sure. It weighs 9 7/8oz and will be packed very carefully and shipped with insurance. This would make a wonderful present to the vintage-obsessed bride, or a lovely to use as a flower basket if you already have a silver basket to place it in. I am raising funds for my first home and wedding, or else I´d never part with such a treasure.
